VoteOne LLC (“VoteOne,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website (voteone.app), request a product demo, or use our applications, including the PollWare mobile application and the PollWare web platform (collectively, the “Services”).

The PollWare mobile app does not collect precise location data, biometric identifiers, contacts, photos, microphone input, or health data.
Our commitment on data sales. VoteOne does not sell personal information, and we will never sell personal information. We do not use personal information for advertising and we do not build profiles for third parties. Personal information is collected and used only to operate the Services for you and your organization.
We use personal information to:
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information based on: (a) your consent (for example, to send push notifications); (b) performance of a contract (to provide the Services to you or your organization); (c) compliance with a legal obligation; and (d) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
We do not, and will never, sell personal information. We share information only as described below:
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Demo request information is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@voteone.app. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
You can request deletion of your VoteOne or PollWare account at any time by emailing privacy@voteone.app from the address associated with your account. We will confirm the request, delete the associated personal information from active systems, and remove it from backups in the ordinary course of our retention schedule. Some information may be retained as required by law or to resolve disputes.
You can control push notifications at any time through your device's system settings or by changing your preferences in the app.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of “sales” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@voteone.app and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We are based in the United States and primarily process personal information in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant-level isolation within our platform. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice (for example, by email or an in-product notice).
